Actually, Harry, I look at the time I spend in the shop as not a "cost" investment, but rather as the most enjoyable portion of the hobby! I can easily get tired of watching trains go around in circles, but have yet to get the least bit bored while frittering my life away in the shop! The satisfaction you get from creating something that works, with your own two hands, I can't begin to describe! The "learning" process is a joy in it's own right. And when you have finished a project, you now have not only a model, but an heirloom, to pass on to be remembered by. Sincerely, Keith Taylor
