Check with Kevin O'Connor at [EMAIL PROTECTED] .  He has presented a
couple of seminars on it and written an article or two for SITG.  He made
many of the copper boilers for Crickets and any number of custom boilers and
tanks for other locos.  I'm sure he will give you information.
