In anticipation of future traffic gains on the SWAMP RR, Mr. Lunkenheimer, CFO, wishes to expand trackage and install a passing siding and a switching yard. Is there a standard for the width of 1:20.3 locomotives? The switching yard will probably only have a 1" clearance (actual, not scale) between car sides.
