Dave, requested info regarding Frank S gas filler valve.
I have just checked and the Ronson valve I received with my Accucraft Engine is not the same thread as the Ronson valve with M x 0.5 as supplied by Reppingen and Bretzler. These valves have the breather hole at the bottom. In my opinion a decided advantage over the breather hole on the side of the valve, which is often partly covered and largely responsible for gas filling problems. ( eg some Accucraft C-16's). The valve from Reppingen costs 6.50, approx. US$7.80. plus postage. If you need a valve and I can help contact me.
