Harbor Freight and the like wold be a good place to look. You may also want to try a bore scope if there are any gunshops in your area, or you know a friend who shoots.
You could also look into 'spy shops' (The places that sell 'spy' gear to the public.) They may have a stearable lighted fiber optic do-dad. Another place to check is a Camera shop.
