Ø sssd does not start as it sets the Principal name to
[host/[email protected]]

Ø instead of [host/[email protected]], i.e.
[host/[email protected]].

Ø Is there a way to set the principal name in a conf file ?

For SASL auth, you can set it via ldap_sasl_authid:

       ldap_sasl_authid (string)
Specify the SASL authorization id to use. When GSSAPI is used, this
represents the
Kerberos principal used for authentication to the directory.

           Default: host/machine.fqdn@REALM

Cheers,

Tim.
