Recent versions of SSSD work well with OpenSSL-1.1 so if you have issues
with a newer OpenSSL version you should find a commit in master that
might help to fix it, e.g.: commit
8f1316a0c677f211eaaa1346e21a03446b8c4fb1 "crypto: Port libcrypto code to
openssl-1.1"
