what exactly do you want to achieve?
Do you want to rebuild binary rpm?

Latest RHEL8 source package:
https://composes.centos.org/latest-CentOS-Stream-8/compose/BaseOS/source/tree/Packages/sssd-2.5.2-2.el8_5.1.src.rpm

But you need a proper buildroot to rebuild it. I don't think those are
published. And neither F28 nor F35 match it.
