Hello, I recently upgraded to centos9 and I'm seeing quite a few cache files marked deleted under /var/lib/sss/mc. According to lsof, the majority of them are owned by bash processes but they were originally spawned by sshd. I've tried adding SSS_NSS_USE_MEMCACHE=NO to the environment of the sshd daemon, but that doesn't seem to help. The partition on which the cache files reside is only 1G and it does create a problem when the number of ssh sessions is large. Currently there are ~140 such deleted files with unique i-nodes.
The version is I'm running on c9 is 2.9.4-7. Same version was running on this host on c8 where this issue didn't occur though I didn't ever look there because there were no alerts on the space usage. So I assume it wasn't an issue. Is there something that can be done to improve the situation? -- _______________________________________________ sssd-users mailing list -- sssd-users@lists.fedorahosted.org To unsubscribe send an email to sssd-users-le...@lists.fedorahosted.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedorahosted.org/archives/list/sssd-users@lists.fedorahosted.org Do not reply to spam, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/new_issue
