stable-14.1 ALT_BREAK_TO_DEBUGGER not working

Hi
Im trying out 14.1 and using bbhyve efi console,
under 13.2 the seq. CR ~ ^B works, entering the debugger, but
not under a fresh 14.2
Any idea why?
