I did a RELENG_12 to RELENG_13 (around May I think) upgrade not that
long ago and it was fine. After I did the installkernel/world I did
etcupdate on the 3rd reboot. Then I did the zpool upgrade and then
updated the boot loaders on my 2 disks (mirror) before rebooting and all
was fine.
