acpi-cpufreq: fix a memleak when unloading driver
to the 2.6.27-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
acpi-cpufreq-fix-a-memleak-when-unloading-driver.patch
and it can be found in the queue-2.6.27 subdirectory.

We didn't free per_cpu(acfreq_data, cpu)->freq_table
when acpi_freq driver is unloaded.
Resulting in the following messages in /sys/kernel/debug/kmemleak:
