ath9k: Fix bug in delimiter padding computation
to the 2.6.32-longterm tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-2.6.32 subdirectory.

There is a roundng error in delimiter padding computation
which causes severe throughput drop with some of AR9003.
