That doesn't show what tree it ended up in. This is also needed for
.37, you should do this instead:
$ git describe --contains f8313ef1f448006207f12c107123522c8bc00f15
v2.6.38-rc3~12^2~16^2~5
which shows that it was made public in 2.6.38-rc3, not 2.6.37-rc1. Be
careful about this, it makes a big difference.
