This patch needs a follow up, which is currently in wireless-testing tree.
http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/linville/wireless-testing.git;a=commitdiff;h=3dd823e6b86407aed1a025041d8f1df77e43a9c8

I'm not sure when it will get mainline. Can we wait to have both
these patches applied together, or add second one to stable-queue
now, before it land in linus tree?
