This patch is for 2.6.39 only. It is required due to changes in the way
the SCSI discard support works in 2.6.39+.

The relevant SCSI changes are not present in .33 and .38 so please
remove the patch from those trees. While the patch applies and looks
innocuous it will actually break things.

(The long story is that we abused a SCSI protocol field for internal
purposes in older kernels. The functionality we needed finally
materialized in the latest SCSI Block Commands draft and in .39 we
switched over to doing things according to spec. However, the relevant
SCSI changes are too intrusive to be candidates for the stable trees).
