Hi Greg,

| Author: Jonathan Nieder <[email protected]>

|
| cap_syslog: don't use WARN_ONCE for CAP_SYS_ADMIN deprecation warning

for inclusion in future 3.0 -longterm releases.

The long commit message explains the details, in short: Without that
one, syslog-ng from e.g. Debian stable will cause a noisy stack trace
when started.

This commit applies on top of 3.0.18, and fixes the problem for me.
The 2.6.32.y longterm kernel is not affected by the problem at all, so
this is just for 3.0.x.

Regards,

    Christoph
