It applied on the 3.2.y branch of linux-stable.git when I tested it,
but someone else too independently backported it afterwards.

Ben, is bwh you? I thought the 'w' might be you middle name.
If not, does anyone know what it stands for? Google didn't help here,
nor did a git grep on the kernel source.

Anyways, the important thing is that the fix got in.
