today, one of my systems running that latest 3.14 stable kernel crashed with "BUG at fs/btrfs/extent_io.c:4328", that's the check at the beginning of btrfs_release_extent_buffer_page. While trying to learn whether this is a known issue I noticed | commit 8146502820231da924ca22d147cdcf733ac9a057 | Author: Liu Bo <[email protected]> | Date: Tue Sep 23 22:22:33 2014 +0800 | | Btrfs: fix crash of btrfs_release_extent_buffer_page was never applied to 3.14 and perhaps other series although it seems it should have, presumably 3.4+. Can you please check? Note I'm not a btrfs hacker so I might be completely wrong, sorry for the noise in that case.
