    MIPS: cps-vec: Use macros for various arithmetics and memory operations

to the 4.1-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-4.1 subdirectory.

Replace lw/sw and various arithmetic instructions with macros so the
code can work on 64-bit kernels as well.
