Hi,
It looks like you're missing 4e1efb403c1c ("cxl: Don't remove
AFUs/vPHBs in cxl_reset").
The patch will be fine in stable: 4.3 added EEH, and as I said in the
commit message for that patch, it is correct whether EEH is present or
not.
