    caif: Fix access to freed pernet memory

to the 3.0-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     caif-fix-access-to-freed-pernet-memory.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.0 subdirectory.

unregister_netdevice_notifier() must be called before
unregister_pernet_subsys() to avoid accessing already freed
pernet memory. This fixes the following oops when doing rmmod:
