This is a request to include the following commits already on Linus' tree: 39ce8150a079e3ae6ed9abf26d7918a558ef7c19 pinctrl: baytrail: Serialize all register access pinctrl: baytrail: Use raw_spinlock for locking
I tested them on MinnowBoard Max which has a Baytrail CPU. Without it is impossible to use i2c-gpio or any concurrent access to the GPIOs (like having one them for data-ready pin on sensors).
