Hello,

I've collected a set of device ID updates for the qmi_wwan
driver, applicable to stable:
  v3.4 (patches 1-7)
  v3.5 (patches 5-7)

The first 5 patches are straight cherry-picks from mainline.
Patches 6 and 7 are backported versions using the previous
driver specific whitelisting to match single interface
numbers.

I am not exactly sure how to submit such things for net
drivers. This is not posted to netdev to avoid having it
picked up by patchwork, but CCed davem for ACK/NAK. Please
let me know if either of you prefer this handled
differently.
