Subject: [PATCH] [SCSI] lpfc 8.3.31: Fix build warnings when debugfs is not 
defined

This is a backport of commit 0829a19a6142af09eb4f9509cd1d3666270e87bd for the 
3.4.y series
Without this, compile issues will occur when SCSI_LPFC_DEBUG_FS is enabled.
