could you cherry-pick the following two commits to 3.6.y tree?
They miss CC-to-stable tags in the commits, as I didn't notice until
recently that the problem hits so many machines (people don't test
until rc7 :)

ALSA: hda - use LPIB for delay estimation
The former one is a harmless addition of a PCI id (and necessary for
applying the latter one cleanly). The latter actually fixes a
regression in 3.6 kernel although the patch description doesn't
mention it.
It's a regression only appearing on 3.6 kernel, so no need for older
kernels.
