Let me turn it around the other way, why do you need this? It's been explicitly stated for 6+ years now that we drop support for the last stable tree when Linus does a new release. And it's been stated that I will pick 1 new "longterm" kernel every year to keep around for a while, and that the 3.4 kernel was that release for this year.
