I've queued these up for 3.2. There was one hunk in 'rtnetlink: Fix problem with buffer allocation' which didn't apply, but it just reverts another post-3.2 change (commit f18da14565819ba43b8321237e2426a2914cc2ef) so can safely be dropped.
