It is applied and built cleanly as it-is for both 3.4.x and
3.7.x.
The only question is whether the patch really works with old kernels.
If anyone has tested it, it's fine to include there.
I think he was actually testing it on top of a 3.2 kernel, but I've
asked him to confirm.
