regulator: s2mps11: fix incorrect register for buck10
to the 3.7-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
regulator-s2mps11-fix-incorrect-register-for-buck10.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.7 subdirectory.
