Occurs when CONFIG_CRYPTO_CRC32C_INTEL=y and CONFIG_CRYPTO_CRC32C_INTEL=y.
Older versions of bintuils do not support the pclmulqdq instruction. The
PCLMULQDQ gas macro is used instead.
