This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
tcp: force a dst refcount when prequeue packet
to the 3.0-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
tcp-force-a-dst-refcount-when-prequeue-packet.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.0 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

Before escaping RCU protected section and adding packet into
prequeue, make sure the dst is refcounted.
