This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    x86 / platform / hp_wmi: Fix bluetooth_rfkill misuse in 
hp_wmi_rfkill_setup()

to the 3.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     
x86-platform-hp_wmi-fix-bluetooth_rfkill-misuse-in-hp_wmi_rfkill_setup.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.9 subdirectory.

Check code and find this error is caused by misusing variable bluetooth_rfkill
