This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
s390/pci: Implement IRQ functions if !PCI
to the 3.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
s390-pci-implement-irq-functions-if-pci.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.9 subdirectory.

All architectures must implement IRQ functions. Since various
dependencies on !S390 were removed, there are various drivers that can
be selected but will fail to link. Provide a dummy implementation of
these functions for the !PCI case.
