mm: numa: clear numa hinting information on mprotect
to the 3.12-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
mm-numa-clear-numa-hinting-information-on-mprotect.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.12 subdirectory.

On a protection change it is no longer clear if the page should be still
accessible. This patch clears the NUMA hinting fault bits on a
protection change.
