I was reviewing the 3.10 patches (before applying the same commits to
the 3.11 kernel as I usually do, thanks a lot!), and the backport of
commit 8d89dcdf80d8 ("vti: don't allow to add the same tunnel twice")
doesn't seem to be correct to me. It's just moving the code around
within function vti_tunnel_setup().
