NFSd: Move default initialisers from create_client() to
to the 3.14-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
nfsd-move-default-initialisers-from-create_client-to.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

Aside from making it clearer what is non-trivial in create_client(), it
also fixes a bug whereby we can call free_client() before idr_init()
has been called.
