This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled
USB: option: add device ID for SpeedUp SU9800 usb 3g modem
to the 3.4-stable tree which can be found at:
http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary
The filename of the patch is:
usb-option-add-device-id-for-speedup-su9800-usb-3g-modem.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <[email protected]> know about it.

This device vendor and product id is 1c9e:9800
It is working as serial interface with generic usbserial driver.
I thought it is more suitable to use usbserial option driver, which has
better capability distinguishing between modem serial interface and
micro sd storage interface.
