They are bugfix on ARM, dealing with instruction fetch order.
The second one needs context adjustment, I'll post it by replying
this mail.
I posted a stable inclusion requirement several days ago for
the second one and haven't receive your reply:

Now I find it depend on the first commit in thumb case to include
<asm/opcodes.h>. My patch in previous post is unable to compile in
thumb case. Please ignore it and use this version.
