Pstore fs expects that backends provide a unique id which could avoid
pstore making entries as duplication or denominating entries the same
name. So I combine the timestamp, part and count into id.

You're also likely to want commit 783ee43118dc ("efi-pstore: Fix an
overflow on 32-bit builds") if the above commit gets merged for v3.10.
Ah, yes. It's important for 32-bit system as the MAX_LONG on such builds
is only 4294967295.
