The error indicates that the LIBPATH environment variable does not include
the STAF lib directory (i.e. /usr/local/staf/lib). What is the output of
"echo $LIBPATH" prior to starting STAFProc? How are you running
STAFEnv.sh? To correctly execute it, you must run ". ./STAFEnv.sh"

[staf-users] Unable to start STAFProc on AIX 5.1
Hello,
On an AIX 5.1 machine, after installing STAF, running STAFEnv.sh when I
run STAFProc I get the following error message:
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program ./STAFProc because of the following
errors:
0509-150 Dependent module libSTAF.so could not be loaded.
0509-022 Cannot load module libSTAF.so.
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does
not exist.
What should I do?
