All broken tests seems releated to NullpointerExceptions referring the
ONManager SCR component.
I am wondering if are SCR components active for unit tests.
I have seen that some FISE engines use a MockComponentContext to activate the
component under test.
I have reproduced that for the DBExtractor class, but dependent references
still remains null:

SemionManager reengineeringManager;

WeightedTcProvider weightedTcProvider;
@Reference
TcManager tcManager;
@Reference
KReSONManager onManager;
Which is the right pattern to rewrite the test for a SCR bound component like
that?
Should we move all SCR related tests in a separate bundle (this would not
require a simulated runtime environment ...)?
