The refactoring of the kres code imply the modularization of its components and
the reuse of a shared stanbol component for HTTP services and resources
(layout, templates and serializers)
This imply the removal of the following dependency:
* kres/jersey module should not have dependency to kres/owlapi in any way.
* This dependency is probably due to the serializers. If necessary, they can be
copied in the single module/web submodules.
This issue related to STANBOL-120, which track the refactoring of the HTTP
Endpoint.
It is also related to STANBOL-39, which track the renaming of KReS
