Sling launcher with all modules under the kres profile

To test the new modules (refactored from kres, STANBOL-137) in a Sling based
launcher we need to create a new launcher in the kres profile.
.The main reason is to don't touch the current one, under enhancer, and to do
not change the default stanbol build configuration
