Store's RESTful Services fail to handle ontologies with specific URIs

Store's restful services can not handle navigation on ontologies with URIs
containing path segments like "individuals","classes" etc. This is due to
overlapping parts between path segments and path parameters. To solve this
problem path parameters should be converted into query parameters.
