A message body writer for Java class
uk.ac.manchester.cs.owl.owlapi.OWLOntologyImpl, and Java type class
uk.ac.manchester.cs.owl.owlapi.OWLOntologyImpl.
This is because in org.apache.stanbol.commons.web.base.writers no writer for
OWLOntologyImpl is registered.
The writer is required by components like stanbol.refactor which has a
dependency with the OWL API.
