I would like to ask a question:
As far as I understood such bridges could be also used for extracting Entities
(e.g. a document hierarchy in the CMS that represents a thesaurus - than each
document would in fact be an entity).
Would the "component" that retrieves such a document and add it to the
Entityhub also be a Processor implementation?
