Update the Zemanta Enhancement Engine and add it to the full launcher

The Zemanta Engine (while still functional) does not support some of the newer
features of the Stanbol Enhancer such as
* support for offline/online mode
* support for multiple mime types (e.g. using the text extracted for pdf files)
In addition the engine currently throws an exception in canEnhance(...) method
if the Zemanta API key is not configured. This should be rather changed in
throwing a ConfigurationException in the activate(..) method.
After this changes the Engine should be added to the full launcher
