Get rid of dependencies to jcr and cmis bundles from core bundle so that cmis
and jcr bundles can benefit from the core bundle. To do that it is necessary to
make JCRNodeTypeLifter and CMISNodeTypeLifter implementations of a common
interface. They should also be accessible as a service in OSGI to be used by
MappingEngine.
