The goal would be to deprecate the current CachingDereferencerEngine and speed
up the analysis process by reducing the number of queries to the EntiyHub (as
the referenced site external resources).
The dereferenced resources should be included in the enhancer graph serialized
back to the client to make the annotation process even faster (no need to call
back the entity hub API to get the metadata).
The engine JAX-RS resources will probably need to be updated too once the
CachingDereferencerEngine is removed from the default distributions.
